Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? Do you offer expedited shipping?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on the manufacturer and carrier. For international orders, allow an additional 2–4 business days for customs processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I update my shipping address or request international shipping?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we can update your address. Contact us as soon as possible. We ship small parcels to Canada; large items may be delivered to the nearest port with extra charges. Please reach out to us before placing international orders.

Returns & Damages

Can I return an international order, and are there exceptions?
Yes, but return shipping fees may apply. PPE items are non-returnable. Returns must be made within 30 days in original condition and must be approved. Request an RGA form from customerservice@aossmedical.com.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact our customer service team immediately at customerservice@aossmedical.com for assistance with a return or exchange.

Does AOSS have its own brand? What products are available?
Yes! We offer nitrile, latex, and vinyl gloves, lab coats, frocks, gauze, and bandages. Our goal is to provide trusted quality at the best price.
What are the differences between nitrile, latex, and vinyl gloves?

Ordering & Licensing

How do I place an order, and what if a product requires a physician's license?
Shop directly online. Facilities can contact us for special pricing. For items marked "Physician’s License Required," a valid license must be submitted before shipping.
